Boeing Commercial Airplanes is seeking a Product & Services Quality Manager to manage multiple disciplines with in the quality organization that support operations and ensured compliance first pass quality.

Responsibilities

• Manages employees who evaluate and ensure that products, services and processes comply with customer contract requirements, engineering requirements, company procedures and government regulations.
• In this role is required to follow up, develop and execute business plans, ensure regulations, policies and procedures are being adhered to. While partnering with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and managing direct reports.
• Develops and executes business plans, policies and procedures and develops organizational and technical strategies to improve performance.
• Provides education and coaching on the Quality System.
• May make airworthiness determinations on behalf of the company and regulatory agencies.
• Acquires and manages resources and leads process improvements.
• Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners, suppliers and direct reports.
• Coaches, Manages, develops and motivates employees.
• Quality organization First Line Leader supporting in our 2nd shift teams

Required Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)

• This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
• 5+ years of Quality Management System (QMS) experience
• 5+ years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
• 1+ years of experience with overseeing responsibilities and tasks performed by various Operations department/disciplines (e.g., Fabrication, Assembly, Tooling, Quality)?

• This is a Second/Evening shift position. Must be willing and able to work this shift.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Knowledge of Boeing contractual requirements.
• Experience and knowledge of the processes that support the site include, Mag, Processing, Assembly, Receiving inspection, MRB, CMM & DIM inspections and/or activity.
