As the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer you will be responsible for providing on-going support with administrator function in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

• Salesforce Configuration
• Support Salesforce integration with Siebel
• Support Salesforce integration with Telephony
• Collects environment requirements from customers.
• Handles customer change requests and helps with environment set-up and maintenance.
• Supports the upgrade of test environments and helps with troubleshooting environmental issues.
• Execute jobs to extract and manipulate test data and update test data change requests.
• Executes build scripts, completes application builds for projects within the release and notifies project team of unsuccessful builds.
• Performs code migrations and may prepare, merge, and version code for production builds.
• Submits jobs to run batch testing in the release environment and supports patch releases.

Job Requirements:

· Requires BA/BS + 2 yeats of IT experience including application development experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

· 2+ year experience in Salesforce development and implementing Marketing systems

· 2+ years' experience with Exact Target/Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture and knowledge of the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

· 2-3 years on Exact Target building campaigns, designing flows, uploading contacts, etc

Preferred:

· Multiple trade certifications and multi-platform experience is preferred.

· Rational Unified Process and Rational Tool suite experience preferred.
