Perficient currently has a career opportunity for a Director of Digital Marketing Strategy.

As the Director of Digital Marketing Strategy, your primary responsibility will be to drive, manage, and evolve digital marketing strategy for top clients, as well as for Perficient Digital within the BtoB and BtoC markets. You will be an expert in all digital marketing channels and capability sets, able to speak convincingly about the latest trends in marketing technologies, methodologies, processes and measured results across the digital marketing landscape with a particular focus on our core capabilities of SEO, Paid Search, Marketing Automation, Analytics, Paid Media, Email, Conversion Rate Optimization, and Content Marketing. A critical part of this expertise will focus particularly on how our digital marketing services are sold and delivered jointly with larger Perficient Digital and Perficient solutions. You will also help drive the vision and prioritization for developing new capabilities, particularly data solutions, that Perficient Digital can effectively bring to market as the digital marketing landscape continues to evolve.

Additionally, you will lead the development and sharing of strategic insights and expertise in the latest digital marketing trends across data, technology and media that establish Perficient Digital Marketing as a sought-after leader and innovator, and you will utilize that strategic expertise to create innovating and industry-leading solutions for our largest and most strategic clients and pursuits.

Responsibilities

Specifics of this position may include:

• Be instrumental in creating initial and ongoing actionable, billable strategies for key clients and opportunities
• Be an expert of PD’s Digital Marketing services & solutions to pitch and win business for DM
• Evolve, Manage, and lead ongoing DM strategy team and efforts
• Be instrumental in helping develop nascent or build new capabilities, particularly around data solutions and marketing data intelligence, within the DM team to match and precede market and client need.
• Build and maintain expert-level knowledge for the latest trends, players, capabilities, methodologies and strategies across the digital marketing landscape
• Credentialize Perficient Digital acting as a thought leader and evangelist by speaking at shows, joining client/pursuit meetings and activities to cultivate strategic relationships with executives
• Act as a key leader for the overall digital marketing leadership team, participating in the building and executing of our long-term roadmap, business case development and overall business growth.
• Develop and share compelling thought leadership content to drive sales pipeline value and close rates
• Work with Perficient Digital sellers, account directors, technology partners, account client partners, and subject matter experts to identify, prioritize, and win new business

Qualifications

• 10+ years of comprehensive, hands-on cross/omni-channel professional services experience across a variety of industry verticals
• Have proven experience managing/selling agency solutions and programs into enterprise-scale accounts
• Able to demonstrate excellent client communication and presentation skills to quickly identify opportunity and stitch together a seamless story
• Proficient or functionally familiar in one or more of our enterprise partner marketing cloud platforms – Adobe, Salesforce, Sitecore, Oracle, IBM
• Proficient or functionally familiar with key MarTech solutions, and able to incorporate integrated technology into discussion and strategy
• Must possess strong collaboration skills
• Excellent in problem-solving and decision-making
• A self-starter with the ability to handle multiple opportunities and manage time well.
• Highest attention to detail in producing sales and opportunity decks
