As a Business Initiatives Consultant in Wells Fargo’s Enterprise Compute Services group, you will be responsible for driving the completion of Access Management initiatives that help ensure we have strong access management controls implemented for Distributed Servers, Mainframe, Midrange, and Storage systems. Your primary responsibilities will involve working between multiple teams to ensure requirements are well defined, process are efficient, and initiatives are completed on schedule.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
• Ensure requirements are well defined including
o reviewing externally supplied requirements with the Enterprise Compute Services group for accuracy and understanding
o developing requirements for internally driven initiatives
• Ensure processes are efficient including working with teams to identify efficiency improvements
• Work across teams to ensure responsibilities for completing tasks are clear and well understood
• Detailed tracking sometimes down to human accounts, service accounts, and specific technology assets
• Ensure regular updates on progress is tracked and communicated to upper management


Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: project management, implementation, or strategic planning


Desired Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex technical problems
  • Ability to assess current processes/procedures and make recommendations for efficiency
  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), or Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC)
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills for tasks assigned to the iividual
  • Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive deadlines for tasks that cross multiple teams in a large enterprise environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to summarize information, and make presentations to, upper management.
  • Develops metrics and tracks/evaluates performance of programs, services and initiatives.
  • BS/BA degree or higher, preferably in computer science, other sciences, mathematics, or engineering.
  • Strong Microsoft Office suite skills including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • IT Asset management experience including: asset provisioning, de-provisioning, maintenance, and validation
  • Familiar with BMC Remedy Asset Management and/or ServiceNow

Job Expectations

  • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
