Provides technical support & troubleshooting to customers on operational aspects of HP Indigo Series 4 commercial printing systems. This includes testing, calibration, trouble shooting and/or preventative maintenance. These jobs will reside at the North American Demo Center in Alpharetta, Georgia, and will focus on resolving customer issues via phone and chat sessions. The key objective is to ‘Remotely’ diagnose and repair problems. In some circumstances may dispatch an on-site CE, or send repair parts as needed.
