As a team member of the Digital Marketing Transformation team, you will help drive change in HP Inc, transforming HP lnc’s commercial and consumer business by harnessing the power and benefits of digital in response to the shifts in customer behaviour, delivering a superior one-to-one customer experience across the customer journey, to fuel growth and drive revenue.
As a Content Marketing Platform – Product Owner, your core focus will be on implementing, integrating, maintaining and innovating the Content Marketing Platform and supporting Digital Marketing Transformation team initiatives across multi-channel platforms and end-to-end customer experience creation across countries.
Responsibilities:
Implement Content Marketing Platform solution
Integrate the Content Marketing Platform with Digital Asset Management (Adobe Assets)
Integrate the Content Marketing Platform with Web, Email, Advertising and Social Media channels
Support HP teams to assess, implement and monitor changes in Content Marketing tool
Develop relationships and work directly with vendors as needed
Optimize integration process between Content Marketing Platform and digital systems
Play a support role in launching, executing, and delivering our Digital Marketing Transformation initiatives across core countries and segments
Lead and engage in joint problem-solving sessions with the core team including reviewing and analyzing real time data, understanding and interpreting results, evaluating vendor proposals and communicating with the team on the implementation of new solutions or reworking of existing solutions.
Support on the design and build and implementation of a decision- making engine to help further optimise personnalization opportunities.
Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing and advertising technology trends, best practices and solutions
Education:
Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., marketing, informatics, computer science); Master’s degree in business, informatics or marketing is a plus.
5+ years of experience designing and implementing Marketing technology systems/products
2+ years working experience in Adobe Experience Manager and Content Marketing Platforms on the architecture and integration level
Work experience:
Experience with multi-channel implementation and real-time decision engine tools
Experience with AEM, Adobe Campaign, Marketo, Oracle Eloqua or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to work independently and lead multiple work streams of larger projects with multiple stakeholders.
Experience working with remote teams and across time zones to foster cohesive and creative work environment.
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
Experience working in a fast-moving, multi-stakeholder, and evolving organization with a large degree of ambiguity.
Risk taker – comfortable challenging and pushing boundaries
Able to work well in highly entrepreneurial environment, consistently delivering exceptional results.
Effective communicator, able to establish him/herself as a trusted and indispensable advisor and comfortable presenting to senior execs.
