We are rapidly growing in our new downtown Boston office and are looking to bring onto our team a Recruiter who enjoys making money while having a little bit of fun doing so.

-1+ year of recruiting experience within an agency environment or 2+ years of sales experience
-Money motivated (we love to pay out)
-Have a hunger and natural thirst to be successful, to be the best, and motivated
-Have a passion or interest in communicating with others (you don't have to be a chatty Kathy, but you can't be a dull Danny)
-Enjoy writing and have strong writing skills; we're not looking for a novelist, just someone who can write professional emails and feels comfortable writing catchy ads
-Don't live in the box... think outside the it! Get creative on ways to solve problems.
