Wells Fargo At Work (WFAW) is a workplace benefit program designed to support the financial wellness of employees at no cost to the employers. WFAW is part of Wells Fargo’s Community Bank. The program supports growth and acquisition for the bank through key internal partnerships; gaining access to decision makers of companies, colleges/universities, government entities and presenting the WFAW program as an opportunity for them to support the financial wellness of their team, employees, students and staff.
Individual contributor responsible for planning and executing the Wells Fargo At Work (WFAW) program as a primary customer and balance growth strategy for the Community Bank. Personally manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ Wells Fargo At Work large and complex companies. Creates successful relationships with Regional Banking Leadership, Wholesale, Institutional Retirement and other key partners to personally manage and grow a portfolio of 200+ WFAW large and complex companies. Sources and approaches local and national employers who have relationships with Wells Fargo in an effort to gain access to their employee base to present the value of doing business with Wells Fargo through our financial education, tools and resources. Responsible for representing the WFAW program through approved communications and marketing materials; onsite presentations; financial education seminars; tabling events; etc. Maintains knowledge of Well Fargo products, services and delivery channels to present to prospective customers. Primarily responsible for WFAW activity, but may support military and college acquisition efforts as needed by the region. Partners with WFAW Program Managers to ensure companies are managed efficiently and effectively and that advocates are matched appropriately to the onsite activity needed. Other responsibilities may include: providing feedback on advocate and branch manager skill sets related to out of branch growth activities; decisioning, pre-planning and reviewing WFAW onsite activity; delivering formal and informal WFAW training and coaching for branch team members; providing management oversite to WFAW advocates at onsite activities including ensuring adherence to compliance regulations and policies.
This Senior Program Manager position supports the Piedmont and Western Atlantic markets. Other locations may be considered within this Region.
