The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will be an integral part of the Disney Streaming Services team in ANZ. The role will be responsible for subscriber onboarding and ongoing customer engagement. The role will make a key contribution to delivering the business critical KPIs of customer retention and customer lifetime value. The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will provide the ANZ team with hands on experience in managing seamless subscriber onboarding and ongoing customer engagement.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will partner with other lines of business including Studios, Franchise, Live Entertainment, Parks and Consumer Products to align Disney+ ongoing customer engagement and retention campaigns with cross company priorities to draft off and support company-wide big beats. The role will work in partnership with the Disney+ Senior Manager, Brand and Partnerships to deliver a holistic consumer focused marketing strategy for Disney+ in Australia and New Zealand.
Responsibilities : Responsibilities will include –
Onboarding and Engagement
- Responsible for ANZ Onboarding & Customer Engagement
- Provide regional input into global strategy for onboarding, content & features engagement
- Management of cross-territory campaign plan
- Delivery of multi-territory engagement campaigns e.g. originals
- Regional POC with central content teams
- Management of regional test, measure learn plans (across territory, lifestages & cohorts)
- Line management of regional delivery resource
- Customer management readiness for new territory launches
- Champion of new Customer engagement techniques / approachesInterface with global product teams (tools, customer feedback)
Campaign management
- Coordination of cross-territory campaign plan (all lifestages)
- Process management of regional campaigns with central build team
- Delivery of multi-territory engagement campaigns e.g. originals
- Deliver competitor review of creative activity
- Regional base management tracking and growth (campaign, contactability)
- Maximise XLOB synergies for existing customers
Basic Qualifications : - A minimum of 5 years of CRM experience
- A strong track record of delivering highly successful and innovative products with a large-scale customer base
- Deep technical and analytical experience
- Strong understanding of media and content landscape in Australia and New Zealand
- Solid experience in team and stakeholder management
Preferred Qualifications: - Expertise in CRM systems & processes e.g. Salesforce and scripting languages (AmpScript and Liquid)
- Customer lifecycle / engagement experience in a subscription business
- Proven ability to build engagement of a customer base
- Results-focused with extensive experience in test and learn at a customer and campaign level
- Interest and understanding of latest engagement techniques and tools
- Data-led approach to test, learn, optimize
- Demonstrable Campaign management experience
- Experience delivering multiple campaigns across multi-channels
- Thrives through working in cross-functional / multi-territory teams
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
