Position Description:

Key Accountabilities & Deliverables:

  1. Product Development by optimally utilizing limited resources within stipulated Time and Budget
  • Developing and delivering MyPedia English coursebooks and workbooks, checking video resources and assessment for the teacher to synthesize all the tools to deliver an excellent class within the given time period.
  • Liaisons with freelancers and developers and tracking their work progress.
  1. Responsibly allocate and account for the use of fiscal resources, weighing alternatives and their benefits; monitor budget usage and ensure critical costs are covered.
  • Seek ways to reduce costs.
  • Understand the production (plant) cost, monitor the P&L sheet monthly, track the positive Gross Margin.
  • Seek inputs from sales data on each title performance
  1. Publishing Efficacy Goals for K-12 MyPedia product portfolio
  • Gathering product feedback to remedy or reinforce product portfolio.
  • Work closely with Efficacy & PD team to generate actionable insights, product improvement processes, and drive evaluations that lead to better outcomes for far more people.
  • To connect with users, ARMs, product manager and sales colleagues for feedback on classroom efficacy of MyPedia portfolio.
  1. Increase innovation to drive growth
  • Accelerate innovation in MyPedia version 3.
  • Conceptualise improved/new features to increase product efficacy.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • School visits for market feedback
  • Liaisons with freelancers/vendors
