Finance Manager - Energy Programs

Job Description

The Role:

Tesla is seeking to hire a Finance Manager to join the Energy Finance & Operations team. The role will be the primary finance lead for Energy’s commercial business in APAC, and will partner closely with the regional sales and operations teams. The role will provide financial leadership on profitability, pricing strategy, project analysis and execution, and other revenue-generating activities.

Duties will be assigned and prioritized based on company’s evolving needs and will be, but not limited to:

· Partner with regional sales and business development teams to develop new and innovative operating models for energy projects

· Develop financial models to support project economic analysis

· Analyze current and past trends of key performance indicators, including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, expenses, and capital expenditures

· Provide analytics and insights to improve decision making and accountability to Regional leadership

Requirements:

· Minimum of 6 years of experience in energy finance, investment banking, or related financial management field

· Bachelor’s in finance, engineering, or other technical field preferred

· Expert financial modeling skills

· Background working within the Energy or Electricity space

· Strong written and verbal communication

· Comfortable with technical concepts
