Role Profile

Could you help a CEO think about how AI will disrupt their business model? Help a Minister evaluate the economic impact of a new piece of technology policy? Help a CIO develop products twice as fast through the use of agile?

By joining our BCG Technology Advantage (TA) team, you would do this, and much more. We operate at the intersection between business and technology, and help our clients think strategically about how technology will change the shape of their business.

A broad skillset is important. As part of our Technology Advantage consulting team, you would work on a variety of technology topics, applying generalist consulting skills to strategic technology questions.

We are hiring Senior Associates and Consultants, and will consider your application at the most suitable level depending on your background and experience.

Your Qualifications

Who you are

We’re looking for exceptional talent from consulting or industry to join us. You would typically:

• Have 4-6 years of experience working:
  • with a leading strategy consulting firm (focused on technology/digital initiatives)
  • in a tech/ IT role in industry
  • in a tech start-up leadership role
  • or in a "consulting-like" industry (e.g. digital strategy)
• Have a strong consulting skillset: hypothesis-led problem solving, framing and communicating complex ideas, thinking strategically
• Be entrepreneurial, curious, creative, and have a track record for thinking innovatively
• Be a proven leader with exceptional drive and commitment
• Have an outstanding academic track record from a leading university
• Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch or French and English
