Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engagement Support Specialist with experience in B2B Sales or Sales Support. This position is tasked with supporting revenue retention and growth in the region. To be successful in this position, you need to be able to quickly establish rapport, participate in sales calls, offer consultative solutions to opportunities and resolve customer issues.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Able to effectively make and manage large volumes of opportunities simultaneously (typically 30 -- 50) to meet revenue requirements • Maintaining strong relationships with Engagement and Account Managers in the region to drive retention and growth • Process customer quotes/proposals, orders and contracts • Follow up on assigned opportunities and lead to positive closure • Become an expert in your assigned product and solutions • Management of entire Quote to Cash Lifecycle and demonstrate effective issue resolution, retention, and closing techniques • Work in a collaborative manner with all Engagement, Account managers and Operations to develop trust and a spirit of cooperation • Ability to present to customers and prospects multiple solutions across a variety of AT&T Products/Services • Team oriented, willing to assist colleagues with training, sharing knowledge and general assistance • Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely fashion. Act as liaison between customers, sales, legal, billing, regulatory, tax and operations teams • Properly execute all CRM, pricing, and order processing activities to ensure accurate processing and reporting • Compliance with AT&T pricing tools and policies • Special projects as assigned by the department manager"
Key Competencies and Skills:
• Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment • History of consistent above average performance • At Ease with numbers, mathematics • International / Global work experience a plus • Excellent follow up skills (prospects, issue resolution, etc.) • Business administration or technical background would be beneficial - Cloud, SDWAN, Security, Collaboration

Additional Information:
Salary from 1620 € brutto per month. Actual salary is likely to be higher based on skills, knowledge and experience. Role based in Aupark
