Summary

Under Armour is seeking a Manager of Affiliate Marketing to work within the Digital Performance Marketing Team within North America Consumer Engagement. This position is responsible for managing the North American UA Affiliate program and must possess strong vendor relations, project management, communication and analytical skills. Direct experience with direct-to-consumer e-commerce or multichannel marketing preferred.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Manage the Under Armour Affiliate Program by adding new affiliates, optimizing existing affiliates and scoring significant strategic and tactical wins with key partners in the channel.
  • Analyze and provide reporting on program KPI’s – identifying opportunities for growth and improving efficiency
  • Manage programs within acceptable levels of advertising spend, contribution and customer long term value
  • Provide regular reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) on campaign performance
  • Liaise with UA internal stakeholders and third parties responsible for program execution
  • Execute trend analysis, monitoring and competitive benchmarking

  • Experience with automated campaign management or segmentation tools
  • Knowledge/experience with order allocation methods/best practices
  • Ability to work with API’s and monitor/manipulate data feeds
  • Ability to work autonomously and be a “self starter”
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills and ability to build & maintain strong affiliate relationships
  • Experience working with affiliate networks, e.g. Awin and Commission Junction

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a four-year college or university – academic focus in Marketing, Ecommerce and/or Business preferred
  • 4+ years’ experience managing or supporting Affiliate marketing programs in a data-driven, multichannel, direct-to-consumer Ecommerce retail environment– preferably with a top 100 multi-channel retailer or a top 200 eTailer
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), and BI Tools
