Job Description

In this role, you have the opportunity to:

Manage critical/strategic marketing communication programs/ marketing projects. Make recommendations on marketing communications processes and choices. Understand and drive the branding efforts of the organization. May provide work direction to others. Lead communication projects and may manage the work of multiple agencies and contractors. Prepare high level internal and external presentations on products and business.

You are responsible for

  • Develop a deep understanding of assigned customer segments and audiences/markets, their challenges, and how Mobile Surgery addresses specific customer problems
  • Maintain knowledge of the combination of products, services and third party partnership that comprise Mobile Surgery solutions
  • Together with Product Marketing Managers, crafts marketing communication campaigns that support the overall marketing objectives and to target existing markets and shape new ones.
  • Identify campaigns best suited to achieve Product Marketing Managers’ objectives for target customer segments that are in line with Philips and Philips Healthcare branding and positioning
  • Integrate latest innovations and best practices in communication field to continually improve campaign effectiveness
  • Execute Mobile Surgery campaigns with a 360 approach by integration of all touch points like PR, digital, marketing events etc.
  • Develop metrics and measurement tools with Product Marketing Manager to evaluate and maximize ROI of campaigns.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • Over 6 years of relevant experience in marketing communication - external & internal
  • Graduation and MBA (preferred)
  • Should have experience on - PR, Adv, Social media etc.
  • Should have handled vendors/agencies
  • Should have handled projects across geographies (global)
  • Preferably from FMCG/FMCD or B2B industry
