Somos una organización plana con una visión de liderazgo de servicio, somos colaboradores, es decir, que tú te sentarás en la misma mesa con desarrolladores, analistas de calidad y negocio, creando maneras de transformar conceptos en ideas con soluciones prácticas y tácticas.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Tus responsabilidades incluirán:</strong></div> <div><strong> </strong></div> <div> <ul> <li>Tomar las necesidades y desafíos del cliente y el equipo para formular la entrega y planes de proyecto para apoyar las estrategias y objetivos del negocio.</li> <li>Navegar en todas las fases del proyecto para asegurar la entrega exitosa de soluciones técnicas, en su mayoría aplicaciones orientadas a objetos (idealmente Java, C# and Ruby/RoR).</li> <li>Gestionar la entrega y sus riesgos a través del ciclo de vida del proyecto.</li> <li>Convertirse en un socio confiable y valioso para los clientes y ganarse la credibilidad de los stakeholders del cliente.</li> <li>Inspirar al cliente para que innove.</li> <li>Mantener y profundizar, cuando sea posible, relaciones con los clientes que brindan continuas oportunidades a ThoughtWorks.</li> <li>Crear y apoyar actividades de ventas.</li> <li>Capturar innovaciones, lecciones aprendidas y éxitos en los proyectos y compartirlos ampliamente con la organización.</li> <li>Fomentar el mejor ambiente de proyecto, impulsando el desempeño del equipo y proporcionando una buena experiencia para el equipo y el cliente.</li> <li>Construir relaciones dinámicas y positivas con el cliente y con tu equipo.</li> <li>Poseer una fuerte experiencia y conocimiento de las tendencias tecnológicas actuales y emergentes.</li> </ul> </div> <div><strong>Tú traerás:</strong></div> <div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Una amplia visión y comprensión del proceso de negocio y sus conductores.</li> <li>Experiencia en el análisis de sistemas de desarrollo de aplicaciones de proyectos nuevos y reemplazables.</li> <li>Entendimiento de sistemas de desarrollo tradicionales, y la habilidad de comparar y contrastar los beneficios de cada uno.</li> <li>Experiencia con metodologías ágiles de entrega (Scrum y XP) ayudando a los equipos a explorar, adoptar y optimizar los procesos, principios y prácticas con Agile-Lean (deseable) o experiencia con metodologías cascada u otras y capacidades para comparar estas metodologías con metodologías ágiles.</li> <li>Una actitud disruptiva hacia la innovación tecnológica.</li> <li>Un estilo de trabajo colaborativo sin jerarquías, (¿No estás seguro de cuál es tu estilo de trabajo? We don’t do heavy management or big company politics. </div> <div> </div> <div>We are collaborators, which means you’ll sit around the same table as developers, testers and analysts, coming up with creative ways to translate concepts and ideas into practical and tactical solutions.</div> <div> </div> <div><strong>Your responsibilities will include:</strong></div> <div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>Take the needs and challenges of a client and partner with them to formulate the delivery roadmap and project plans to support business strategies and goals.</li> <li>Navigate teams through all phases of a project to ensure successful delivery of exceptional technical solutions, most of which will have been working on bespoke built enterprise OO applications (ideally Java, C# and Ruby/RoR).</li> <li>Manage delivery scope and risks throughout the lifecycle of the project.</li> <li>Become a trusted and valued partner of the client executives and gain the confidence of the client’s business stakeholders.</li> <li>Inspire your client for innovation.</li> <li>Maintain, and deepen where possible, existing client relationships that yield continuing opportunities for ThoughtWorks.</li> <li>Create and support sales activities.</li> <li>Capture innovations, lessons learned and successes on projects and share them with the wider organization.</li> <li>Foster the best project environment, boosting team’s performance and providing an awesome experience for your team and client.</li> <li>Build positive team dynamics and relationships with client staff; remedying dysfunction to maintain healthy and productive ThoughtWorks communities at the client.</li> <li>Maintaining strong expertise and knowledge of current and emerging technologies and products.</li> </ul> </div> <div> </div> <div><strong>You’ll bring:</strong></div> <div> </div> <div> <ul> <li>A broad enterprise-wide view and understanding of business processes and drivers.</li> <li>Experience in systems analysis on development of new and replacement application projects.</li> <li>An understanding of traditional development approaches, and the ability to compare and contrast benefits of each.</li> <li>Experience with Agile Delivery Methodology (Scrum and XP) and helping teams explore, adopt and optimize Agile-Lean processes, principles and practices.</li> <li>A disruptive attitude towards technology innovation.</li> <li>Collaborative and un-hierarchical work style.
