PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Key Areas of Responsibility and Tasks

Responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of IBSO Cloud Applications of respective product lines and to ensure the delivery according to defined Service Level Agreements.

Ensure smooth operations and maximize uptime

Help on technical escalations to handle customer situations

Coordinate with Resolve teams, Development teams. Handle customer communication on incident discussions. Ability to review Support Artefacts

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS

• Deeply understands SAP cloud integration technology stack to integrate vibrant business partners to enable the data exchange.
• Lead geographically distributed teams seamlessly
• Execute technical tasks to ensure efficient delivery of system landscape support core tasks in the assigned functional areas of responsibility
• Support knowledge management in the team and between operations and development
• Ensure excellent quality and maintain high standards in all processes listed in the relevant process map
• Understand and improve current effort and cost structure of operations (TCO)
• Contribute to operations model/operational processes and procedures
• Partner support and cooperation
• Perform in-depth technical root cause analysis for high priority issues spanning all technology layers/stacks and provide corrective actions
• Availability to work on Shifts / On Call duties during off offices hours on demand.

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS/ SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Education

• Engineering degree (BTech, MTech) in Computer Science or a related subject

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of connectivity technologies and usage of B2B connectors like HTTP, SOAP, AS2, SFTP, XI, etc
• Strong Knowledge of SAP SCI and/or SAP PI/PO
• knowledge of webservices framework
• Proficiency in IFlow development
• Working knowledge of scripting languages - Groovy, JavaScript is a plus
• Understanding of/Experience in versioning control framework - Git, Gerrit.

Additional Qualifications for Added Advantage

• Development experience in internet scale Web technologies.
• Understanding of/Experience in setting up the connection with 3rd party solution
• Knowledge in building monitoring and logging solutions using technologies like ELK (Elastic, Logstash, Kibana)
• Knowledge in time series databases (InfluxDB, Timescale DB, OpenTSDB, etc.)
• Knowledge in Java environments, Java Application Server administration and JVM tuning
• Knowledge of HANA, MSSQL, MySQL technologies
