Brilliant Hire, a venture in the SAP.iO Venture Studio , is a fast-growing startup aiming to remove bias and save time during the hiring process. By joining our team, you will be jumping directly in to a fast-growing business. Our user base has grown by 4x in Q1 2019, our team has doubled in the past 6 months, and we are continuing to grow. As a Product Designer, your work will directly impact our customers daily and you will be the voice of our customers for our team.

How You Will Contribute

• Own various aspects of the product design process, including the UX and visual language of the UI
• Engage with customers and end users to ensure grass-root level understanding of the product’s current and future needs
• Work with the engineering and QA team to ensure product craftsmanship is successfully delivered to customers.
• Continuous growth and curiosity are a key part of our team’s culture

A Successful Candidate Would

• Have 3-6 years of experience delivering web applications
• Experience taking risks; We need our design team to constantly experiment with radical new ideas and push the envelope with what is possible.
• Experience working in a growth stage startup is a positive
• Experience prototyping with web technologies is a positive
• Able to work onsite in San Francisco, CA, local candidates preferred
