The Role

The sales enablement organization is seeking a highly motivated person to fill a sales enablement role to support our Public Sector and Federal business. You will work as a business partner to sales leadership and consult on the provision of sales and solutions training to the entire division, internal and external salesforce. The role will also involve the delivery of sales and pre-sales focused training, role-playing, event organization and content creation. The ideal candidate has a sales or pre-sales background with and interest in new sales techniques and business practice. You have a flair for building relationships at all levels including senior sales management and across organizations. You have a proven track record of creating results through others in a matrix environment. This role reports to the Director of Field Sales Enablement for the Americas.

Responsibilities

  • Work with sales leadership to understand the priorities of the business and develop an enablement strategy that aligns with the organization.
  • Build relationships internally and gain credibility as a trusted advisor who can improve the effectiveness of the direct sales team.
  • Responsible for the delivery of strategic workshops, GTM messaging, and customizing corporate training deliverables to better align and relate to the field sales organization.
  • Deliver, both in-person and remote, workshops, trainings, product awareness and certifications.
  • Articulate our career growth path and milestones to achieve for success.
  • Develop whiteboards, role plays, battle cards, competitive information and other material of need for our sales organization.
    • Measure success and your impact to the business with tangible revenue metrics.

Qualifications

  • Formal or informal enablement and training experience
    • Ability to translate technical information into a format easily consumed by an audience
  • Facilitation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with software or solution selling to enterprise organizations
  • 8+ years of working experience preferably in a sales or pre-sales capacity
  • Bachelors Degree or relevant experience
