Pricing Support Analyst

Job Description

• Supports day-to-day pre-sales activities Deal registration (e.g., deal/claim validation and modification) and handles multiple customer segments with high complexity.
• Efficiently manage E2E claims payment process.
• Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of operational issues of medium to high complexity, in support of the internal and external partner requirements.
• Conducts and reviews highly complex operational analysis.
• Helps resolve minimally complex customer issues (e.g., claim payment status, Dispute payments) and proactively follows-up to assist external-facing customer service representatives.
• Resolves open deals/claims (backlog) report issues of high complexity.
• Helps resolve deal/claim issues for all product lines using basic subject matter knowledge.
• Enters sales data in a timely and efficient manner, maintaining documentation and records.

Knowledge and Skills Required

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Expert user of MS Office, particularly Excel
• Advanced knowledge of internal processes and policies.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
