As part of the cloud and AI software R&D division, you will be working on leveraging our data lake, cloud and AI technologies to delight our customers with next generation products.

HP, Inc. has an immediate position in San Diego, CA for a talented and passionate Full Stack Developer to build high-performing, scale-able, enterprise-grade applications.

You will be responsible for building quality SPA's, from the front-end down to the database.

You should be comfortable on the whiteboard, with good architectural design discussions in building REST APIs.

You will collaborate directly with UX and product team to ensure our products meet and exceed design and business requirements.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter that demonstrates excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Required:

US Work Authorization required.

1-2 years of industry experience is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject.

Experience in one or more of the following:

Javascript, Typescript, Java or a similar high-level language.

Experience with React.js is a MUST

Experience with both Java and Node stacks.

Experience with Linux/Unix/macOS environments.

Experience developing single page applications with either Angular or React.

Experience with a Node back-end framework for creating CRUD APIs (Either HAPI or Express framework). is a plus.

Experience with a Java based framwork like Spring is a plus.

Experience with having worked in one of the RDBMS such as MySQL or Oracle.

Experience with design, UI/UX, HTML, CSS.

Strong communication skills required.

Strong desire to learn and master new technologies.

Adaptive to different technology interfaces and frameworks.

Preferred:

Experience with unit, integration, and acceptance testing.

Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Experience with performance tuning.

Experience with graphQL is a plus.
