Key Responsibilities

Technical Sales Representative (Inside Pre-Sales) is an internal individual contributor role responsible for selling Dell EMC’s Data Center solutions. TSR provides expert guidance and direction to the Core Sales team on Dell EMC’s Data Center solutions (servers, storage, networking, data center infrastructure).

• Acts as a technical resource to support the sales organization and business partners.
• Provides pre-sales technical support during the sales process.
• Identifies customer needs/requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solutions. When needed engages and works with subject matter expert to address a solution of higher complexity.
• Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings. Remains up-to date on new product, technology and services offerings.
• Assists in the on-going technical education and development of the broader team.
• Participates in sales and technical meetings (in person, on the phone, via Skype) with customer and business partners

Essential Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong level of technical pre-sales competency (servers, storage and networking).
• Good knowledge of top vendors’ solutions for Data Center.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem solving skills.
• High level of spoken and written English and Polish.
• University Degree.

Desirable Requirements

• Knowledge of Dell EMC's Enterprise products and services portfolio.
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented.
