Our Team

The Digital Operations Strategy & Planning Team supports the strategic planning and implementation of digital initiatives within the CWM Operations’ business. Our primary focus is establishment of strategic vision and communication of digital transformations within areas such as trading, client service and middle office. Its’ members work directly with Chase Wealth Management executives and business leaders, and often in collaboration with other Lines of Business.

The Digital Operations Strategy Analyst will report to the Digital Operations Strategy Manager to support the strategy and communication of new digital investing propositions within You Invest. Launched in 2018, You Invest is J.P. Morgan’s new online trading platform. The candidate will be a part of this exciting, rapidly growing and high profile business. He/she will have exposure to mobile/digital innovations, online investing products and product vision. He/she will work on a variety of initiatives including communicating strategy and progress, as well as, compiling and prioritizing Operations’ technological and process requirements to support this digital expansion.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategy and progress to all levels of the organization
• Weekly/Monthly Reporting on important metrics & program updates, both verbal & written
• Develop presentations to Executives and department leads
• Articulate and track delivery of key deliverables required to achieve business results
• Ensure deliverables and prioritization aligns to optimized benefits
• Ad hoc business reporting and analysis as needed
• Responsibilities are subject to change as additional business needs are identified

• Bachelor's degree in Digital, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field
• Preferably 1-2 years of Related Experience
• Strong written & verbal communication and negotiation skills
• Strategic mindset and highly analytical thinker with sound business judgment, demonstrating ability to pursue process improvement and challenge the status quo
• Solution oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Proactive learner & self-motivated with ability to take the lead in unstructured situations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
