Job Summary
We are looking for a talented Sales Training and Enablement Program Manager to focus on shaping and landing the next generation of services to drive sales enablement for Nutanix. This role offers the opportunity to maintain a competitive edge by building and landing training and readiness that helps support Nutanix sellers and partners around the globe. You are a visionary who can execute effectively. You will be responsible for planning, strategy, design, development and management of role-focused curricula for key roles across the sales organization. This includes managing stakeholder expectations and communications as well as vendor, quality and budget management. Responsibilities :
  • Manage third party relationship delivering sales methodology and process trainings.
  • Development and maintenance of key training programs for sellers including methodologies, Product/Solution training and business process enablement.
  • Consult with the Director, Global Sales Training and Sales leadership to identify/prioritize the top sales enablement requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership, management, and field enablement for training delivery, design and implement training content, tools, and assessments for knowledge transfer and on-going development.
  • Utilize a variety of the training methodologies, techniques, concepts, learning tools, and practices to ensure maximum effectiveness of training program and sales force
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years’ experience in enablement programs building learning paths, training curriculum and measuring enablement success
  • Strong organizational and communications skill including: planning, project management, problem resolution and influencing
  • Demonstrated experience in managing end to end instructional design process based methodology (analysis, design, development and delivery) (WBT, ILT, Blended)
  • Proven ability to facilitate live instructor-led sales training on product, process, or skills related training topics
  • Global experience tailoring and scheduling programs and initiative's, including travel as needed
  • Proven ability to engage upstream with sales executives, downstream with the field, and across business units with Marketing, Product Management and other groups within the company.
  • Ability to think strategically and turn strategy into strong execution plans.
  • Strong technical aptitude with business savvy and track record of managing complex projects from start to finish.
  • In-depth understanding of enterprise sales processes and sales practices within the technology industry
  • Experienced in enterprise sales enablement methods; conducting sales enablement needs assessments and creating annual sales enablement plans
  • Ability to organize and execute on competing priorities to meet deadlines
  • Proactive and self-directed: Must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance based on field input and relevant field data.
  • Continually adapt and learn new procedures, techniques, software and content delivery programs as needed.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Quota-carrying sales experience a plus
