Microsoft Cloud & Licensing Account Executive - Victoria
The Software Solution Account Executive position is a customer facing role responsible for Software Solution sales across VIC, WA, SA & NZ. You will primarily be focused on assessing and positioning the right software solution and feature set fit, including analysing, building and executing on a Territory plan to grow new and existing business. The role involves helping customers to understand how to identify the best software technology fit – and then work with the Dell inside sales support team to purchase, renew and maximize the licenses for their volume licensing solutions. Working across multiple vendor solutions including but not limited to Volume Licensing agreements for: Microsoft, Redhat, Citrix, Adobe, Cloudera, Quest and various Software Security vendor solutions. Within this role, there will also be a significant focus on growing Dell's MIcrosoft CSP business across both the 0365 and Azure businesses. Success in the role includes growing the software solution business, closing and negotiating deals, while achieving customer outcomes. A dedicated internal Sales Rep will assist you in formulating the right licensing agreements that maximize long-term revenue and enhance the customer staisfaction. The internal Partner Software Sales Rep will assist you with day to day customer relationship activities including quoting, order processing and pipeline management.
