Media Operations Manager

Job Description

The HP in-house media team is responsible for planning, buying and maintaining programmatic and biddable ad campaigns in multipleDSPs and Social platforms. TheOperationsManagerwill focus onproviding support for alloperationalaspects of running this internal agencyfromhelping to develop andimplementprocessestomanaging PO’s, legal documents, IO’sand budget reports.This position will also be the liaison for projects with outside agency partners and media partnersandsupport overall efficiencies in the team through process implementation.

Responsibilities

• Implementmedia andmarketing processes, toolsand languages.
• Support and manage budget reconciliation documents;workingclosely with accounts payableteam
• Review and managevariousprocess and finance documents (PO’s, IO, SOW’s,etc)
• Act asliaisonbetweenmedia/marketing team andpartners: work to articulate marketing business problems, develop use cases, and deliver business requirements
• Identify solutionsfor key system and process gaps
• Gather andanalyseproof ofperformance documents forco-op partnerreimbursements
• Troubleshoot, negotiate terms withco-oppartners & internal teams

Education and Experience Required

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or Business Administration.
• 4+years of experience in advertising, marketing and/or project management.
• Prior agency experience a plus.

Knowledge and Skills

• Familiaritywith and/or experience inmarketing principles, tactics and tools.
• Working knowledge of marketing activities,practices and procedures.
• Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
• Organization and program management skills.
• Analytic skills (measurement, ROI),expertisemeasuring andanalysingdata and building models in Excel
• Track record of setting goals, creating a plan, and getting results
• Experience in building and scalingprocesses andprograms a plus
