Job Description

The Client Success Operations Specialist will work within the Legal Tracker Client Management team to support the operational objectives of the organization. This role will focus on optimizing and scaling our client management function, from deploying tools and processes to directly supporting and managing team wide initiatives. This role will also have direct customer facing communication through various channels.

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated, process oriented individual who can manage multiple projects and responsibilities, with a passion for helping the team deliver an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, track and support Client Management team initiatives
  • Develop, deploy and maintain processes and tools that support team-wide responsibilities and tasks
  • Support client community platform
  • Assist Business Operations team in client onboarding, account set-up, and invoicing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute client events

Qualifications

  • 2-4 Years of experience in a client facing or operational role
  • Excellent organizational skills and process oriented
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Customer experience focused mindset
  • Project management skills, aptitude or experience
  • Proficient with core computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Office Suite, with ability and desire to learn new systems and tools

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
