The Thomson Reuters Tax Professionals E-Learning & Content team is looking for a highly-motivated individual to join the team as a Learning Experience Designer. This individual will work closely with stakeholders in Customer Success as well as other departments such as Product Management, Development, Marketing, and Sales to design, develop, and maintain content created by Customer Success for the consumption of internal and external customers. Additionally, the Learning Experience Designer developer will be responsible for maintaining and improving processes and procedures related to content creation as well as manage systems that staff members may use to deliver content.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports the creation, development and updating of external content and e-learning for intuitive end-user consumption
  • Leads and participates in the production of content related projects in order to ensure a high quality and efficient final product. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning, scripting, content build out, review, and publishing of a variety of projects
  • Helps organize and maintain content files, processes and standards related to E-Learning & Content
  • Responsible for maintaining and sharing tool expertise related to Captivate, Camtasia, and other necessary tools
  • Educates non-content resources on SME and other e-learning & content project roles as necessary
  • Coordinates, tracks and reports on analytics related to training activities and systems usage
  • Supports overall activities of the Implementation & Consulting Team
  • Other duties as assigned
