If you are our Sales Operations Specialist in Singapore, you will have a chance to:

• Lead multiple complex operational processes
• Act as a project manager for complex medium to large projects
• Own highly complex business sensitive deliverables; interpret complex analyses and reports, making recommendations and/or decisions on moderately complex issues
• Provide expert direction and guidance to process improvements and establishment of policies
• Solve complex business issues and make appropriate recommendations by applying advanced subject matter expertise
• Provide leadership and training on specific processes to entry and intermediate level employees

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain or Logistics or equivalent
• Minimally 6-10 years of experience in a business related function, preferably finance, accounting, or compensation
• Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation)
• Expert knowledge and skills with business applications (e.g., Excel)
• The ability to lead a team
• Advanced understanding of internal business processes and policies
• Solid business acumen and understanding of accounting concepts
