Job summary

The Red Hat Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist to join us in Prague, Czech Republic. In this role, you will help our team provide valuable operational support to our global recruiting efforts to ensure that recruiters have the tools and processes needed to meet their hiring goals. You’ll also help support Red Hat associates and external candidates to ensure that they have an exceptional experience throughout the hiring process. You’ll need to be detail-oriented with a passion for excellent customer service and fine-tuned processes. As a Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist, you will get to work with an outstanding global recruiting team with many opportunities for career and personal development.

Primary job responsibilities

  • Guide and support internal projects by project coordination and tracking, process documentation, and internal communications
  • Manage the new hire setup for the global TA team by creating accounts, managing team mailing lists, and providing training on relevant systems
  • Support Red Hat's high-volume referral program by responding to associates’ requests about their referrals’ status in the interview process
  • Help develop and support our internal training and development program
  • Play an important role in improving our operational processes

Required skills

  • 5+ years of professional experience in either recruiting support, administrative support, or HR shared services; part-time experience during university studies is acceptable
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Experience creating and managing spreadsheets
  • Creative and detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to learn new skills and tools quickly
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience building and guiding internal education programs is a big plus
