• Application architecture and design
• Developing detailed designs
• Guide the development team on design, coding standards, implementation best practices etc.
• Providing technical leadership to the offshore team
• Develop individual team member plans and monitor the quality and correctness of teams output
• Conduct reviews and track issues to closure
• Ensure compliance to standards and processes
• Co-ordinate with fellow developers on a regular basis on work distribution, discuss technical challenges etc.

Our ideal candidate

• 8+ years of Experience in ECM Imaging product suits and specialized in Kofax Capture and KTM versions.
• Certification and significant hands on working experience with Kofax Capture and/or Kofax Transformation Modules.
• Experienced in Kofax & KTM projects in requirements gathering, Design, Development and implementation, and performance fine tuning .
• Should be able to Implement Batch classes, custom Panels, KTM Modules, QC Sampling Process, Workflow agents & Export Connectors.
• Experience working on Kofax Analytics and should have designed/developed reporting
• Hands on experience in product suits Installation and upgrade activities.
• Capable of Leading a large distributed team, Imaging team and be a SPOC for Customer stake holders.
• Expertise on ECM Architecture design , implementation, configuration and best practices
• Exposure to performance architecture design, performance monitoring & tuning for large-scale ECM deployments
• Expertise on Web-service (SOAP/Restful), HTML5, XML, JSON, Ajax, JQuery, Javascript
• Familiar with both waterfall and agile delivery best practices.
• Can act as a trusted senior adviser to the client architects for both business and functional areas and translation between the two.
