As a Senior Product Manager, Nike Direct, you will lead the creation of elite digital experiences for athletes worldwide. You will help define and execute the product feature’s vision and strategy, run the end-to-end lifecycle of features, and help identify opportunities to take advantage of. You will define and execute a thorough roadmap and product priorities based on a strong understanding of consumer and stakeholder needs, insights and an even stronger handle on in-depth data analysis. You will lead and manage your squads and provide direction for leaders across product management, program management, engineering, design, and quality assurance.

Your role will include

  • Strong understanding to key areas of Digital – Consumer Data/Journey, Order Management, Fulfillment and Financials. Expertise in key areas of finance and technology as applicable to omni channel retailing and seamless consumer experiences
  • Building partnership with key stakeholders to help drive roadmap definition, prioritization and adoption of products
  • Understanding and advocating for market, consumer, and finance/tax stakeholder needs to ensure we are building the right product functionality at the right time to deliver maximum value to our consumers and business.
  • Manage members of the Financial Reconciliation squad. Coach and mentor them as they grow through their career and help them navigate the complex organizational matrix.
  • Collaborating with architects and other technology & product leaders on building scalable cloud based platforms powering the retail experience ecosystem at Nike.

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience or equivalent expertise/education leveraging Business Analysis, Digital/Retail Platforms, Data Science, ERP or Analytics Platforms, Recommendations Systems, or similar to build practical, data-driven programs and platforms to support accounting and reporting needs that support Nike Direct strategic initiatives and journey’s.
  • Strong Direct to Consumer Background with the ability to look at consumer insights/ digital, retail trends through a financial lens and translate them into measurable KPI’s and recommendations.
  • MBA or equivalent education with focus on finance, supply chain and strategy is a plus.
  • Big systems thinker that can take broad visions and concepts and develop structured plans, actions, and measurable metrics and then execute those plans.
  • Excellent communications skills including, presenting, editing, and writing as well as accuracy and attention to detail required.
  • Great team player with an ability to partner, lead, and influence across multiple teams and capabilities.
