HubSpot is looking for a Marketing Manager to oversee HubSpot User Group (HUG) meet-ups in key cities across the globe. The HUG program is one of the fastest growing and most impactful channels through which HubSpot brings our customers together to learn and be more successful — and we’re looking to make it even better. This role requires organizational skills, the ability to work with remote teams, and strong collaboration and leadership abilities. Customer success or customer marketing experience is a plus.
Example projects include overseeing the organization of quarterly customer meet-ups with a goal of increasing customer attendance and improving attendee satisfaction scores across those events, as well as and building a sustainable online community and/or series of webinars with a goal of engaging a larger number of customers in-between physical meet-ups.
