Program Manager - Juicer Quality & Fraud Prevention

Job Description

Lime is a smart-mobility provider that offers cities an array of mobility products including Lime-S electric scooters. Lime aims to revolutionize mobility in cities and campuses by empowering residents with cleaner, more efficient, and affordable transportation options that improve urban sustainability. Lime Juicers collect and charge Lime scooters on a nightly basis. Similar to other on-demand roles, Lime Juicers are given an app to guide Juicers on where to collect the scooters and are paid upon completion of charging the scooters. We are looking for someone to take charge of the the quality aspects of the Juicer program, ensuring that Juicers complete tasks in the highest quality possible manner and design programs that increase the proper adoption of the Juicer App while reducing fraudulent behavior.

What You'll Do

• Ensure the highest quality possible of task execution by Juicers through designing both process driven and product driven programs that drive quality behavior over time.
• Lead an offshore BPO or team of photo contractors and the photo review processes to ensure that Juicer deployment photos meet quality deployment standards.
• Analyze Juicer behaviors with data to identify potentially fraudulent behaviors and implement both process & product solutions to reduce fraudulent behavior.
• Work closely with local operations teams on identifying and reducing issues that impact their market.
• Own the strategy of Juicer quality from start to finish. Create reporting dashboards, prioritize solutions and evaluate outcomes.

About You

• 4+ years of program management experience
• Background of being an excellent operations problem solver
• Rooted in strong data driven decision making. Goes to data for insights and solutions on solving problems. Comfortable with SQL or Python
• Previous experience in an on-demand marketplace preferred
• Strong interpersonal relationship and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing an offshore team or BPO vendors
