We are seeking an Executive Administrative Assistant to support executives in our Marketing organization. This role is instrumental in helping the Go-To-Market (GTM) team work more effectively and efficiently across various functions and global locations. Working with the Marketing organization at Pivotal means being part of a global team that helps drive our business forward each and every day.

YOUR DAY

  • Provide administrative support to the SVP, Products & Marketing and the VP Product Marketing (i.e. calendaring, travel booking, expense management, etc.)
  • Act as liaison between the GTM team and other company functions.
  • Support new employee on-boarding.
  • Manage the internal team mailing lists and accounts.
  • Schedule and manage team meetings and all hands events.
  • Provide general office support to help our teams do work more efficiently.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong customer service skills and techniques to successfully build and maintain positive relations and provide quality service.
  • You are a scheduling master and know all the ins and outs of Google Calendar and all apps within G-Suite.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities with superior follow-through and ownership, often without daily oversight.
  • Outstanding communication, organizational and problem-solving skills; initiative, creativity, and flexibility.
  • Discretion and mature judgment in the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  • The ability to anticipate needs and react to changes with a sense of urgency.
  • Experience effectively working with staff at all levels of an organization.
  • Interest in learning how to use and manage new services and software.
  • Enjoys working and collaborating with others, but at times will need to work independently

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

  • Administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred.
