Title: TruckMate Implementation and Training Consultant
Location: Remote, US
Department: Professional Services
Our Company Trimble Transportation is in business for optimizing the movement of freight by providing shippers and carriers both mobility, enterprise and visibility software tools they need to run their businesses more efficiently. As the leading provider of Transportation Management Software (TMS), Asset Management Software (AMS), and Fleet Management Software (FMS) we are devoted to propelling companies in the trucking industry toward increased efficiency, lower costs and optimize operations. Position Purpose
The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience implementing enterprise application software with external clients. The candidate will find and implement the best working solutions, processes for clients, help them define, and resolve any issues that may arise as well as show them the best way of getting to their required result. Additional responsibilities include customer training, problem identification, issue mediation and deliver a course of action while implementing software to our clients.
Position Accountabilities
· Determine customer business requirements and model TruckMate as the appropriate solution · On-Site Training - to clients who purchase new modules/functionality and/or hire new staff and support Go Live processes · Remote training – as needed. · Performs other duties as assigned/requested Minimum Requirements
· Experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients · BA/BS or equivalent experience · Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications · Ability to travel overnight 4 to 5 days per week · Ability to work independently · Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions · Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately · Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives · Demonstrable ability to learn quickly, and to remain current with rapidly developing software in an ever-changing industry · Strong follow-through, with a willingness to take on whatever tasks are needed to complete the job.
