• Identify new retail/shopper trends in both traditional retail as well as online/retail channels.
• Develop, maintain and analyze regional database of Consumer Retail Landscape for both industry and HP.
• Develop and execute Partner & Store level profiling to drive efficiencies in retail executions as well as improve conversion of mid-high segment categories.
• Support Regional Home Printing Solutions category with specialist support for all retail programs aimed at improving visibility and conversions at retail.
• Program manage regional retails programmes and tools based on new and existing platforms.
• Perform marketing support activities as required, e.g., Database management and reporting, PO/accrual management, Campaign Execution reporting.
• Agency Management.

Are you a high-performer? We are looking for an individual with:

• BA in Marketing or related degrees or equivalent level of experience.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Good knowledge of marketing principles, practices, tactics and tools.
• Excellent written/oral communications and analytical skills.
• Good interpersonal skills; ability to manage virtual teams.
• Good negotiating skills and ability to interface with cross functional disciplines.
• Ability to influence and drive consensus.
