As our Integrated Retail Marketing (IRM) Director, you are an expert in omni-channel Retail Brand Marketing, with a deep understanding of the consumer, their lifestyle and how they shop. In this role you will have oversight, leadership and team management across Stores Concepts (Nike Store Owned /Nike Store Partner/Nike Factory Store/ Multi-brand Store) and expert retail disciplines (Visual Merchandising and styling & EKIN experience). You will be leading a large IRM team both in the SEA&I headquarter in Singapore as well as in 5 of our key cities, providing strong leadership in coaching and developing members of the team to deliver best-practices in omni-channel executions and to create best-in-class end to end retail experiences with Membership at the heart. You will be a senior member of the marketing leadership team to ensure that the IRM strategy and execution is fully integrated with the larger NIKE category and brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and own the Omni channel brand marketing strategy across SEA&I, working closely with the Geo NIKE Direct and Partner Marketing Leadership team, Country teams as well commercial teams.
- Drive the holistic territory Omni-channel execution that bridges digital and physical experiences, with membership at the center (new ways of working, team collaboration, new experiences).
- Oversight, leadership and team management across Stores Concepts (NSO/NSP/NFS), Multi-brand and expert retail disciplines (Visual Merchandising and styling & EKIN experience).
- Serve as a Digitally-led Retail Marketing expert to ensure close partnership and collaboration to the Category Brand Marketing team in driving a fully integrated marketing offense.
- Managing IRM functional budget in collaboration with Brand operations, finance and commercial teams to ensure an efficient planning and effective costing.
- Coach, manage and mentor the team across Expert Retail Disciplines (Visual Merchandising and styling & EKIN experience) and Nike Direct Stores Concepts (NSO, NSP, NFS), Multi-brand Partner marketing, supporting diversity and individual development.
Requirements for this position include -- 8-10+ years’ experience in Brand Marketing/Retail Brand Marketing/Digital Brand Marketing.
- High-level strategic thinker and idea generator, with excellent attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
- Problem solver with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex Digitally-led Retail Marketing concepts across the organization in simplified, yet inspirational ways,
- Analytical skills to gather business/user insights and apply learnings.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to partner closely with commercial team to create win-win situation
- Passion for Sport, fashion and retail.
- Strong people management skills and experience.
- Excellent project leadership and project management skills and ability to juggle between projects and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience working collaboratively and effectively with creative teams
- Ability to make strategic recommendations, draft presentation decks and present to marketing leadership.
