Today, hundreds of thousands of architects, engineers, contractors, woodworkers, artists, and other creatives use SketchUp Pro, LayOut and the 3D Warehouse to design transit centers, treehouses and everything in between.SketchUp’s Enterprise Sales offers Enterprise Licensing for SketchUp to large companies and enterprises. As the Enterprise Sales Manager, you’ll be working with Enterprise and Direct sales representatives to grow the large business segment for Trimble SketchUp in EMEA. You’ll assign quotas, assess pipeline reports, forecast revenue, and manage the sales process for all direct representatives in the EMEA region for Trimble SketchUp. Responsibilities include

• Develop sales pipelines with individual representatives
• Assign quotas based on divisional goals
• Forecast revenue accurately for Trimble’s A&D direct business in EMEA
• Assign territories and hire appropriately to match revenue goals
• As a sales expert, develop individual rep’s sales skills
• Improve sales processes as part of a larger decision making team. Work with Sales Operations and other Sales groups within the Trimble’s A&D division
• Work with Marketing to maximize lead generation and sales campaigns
• Provide sales leadership to a team of individual contributors

Skills & Experience Required:

• M.S. in an AEC discipline, preferably Mechanical Engineering
• 10+ Years in CAD sales experience
• 2+Years in sales Management, preferably with design software
• Ability to communicate with executive level associates internally and externally in an articulate and professional manner
• Expert at both using and teaching Solution Selling
• Expert in Salesforce CRM
• Expert in selling subscription based software
• Proven track record with selling to the top 100 AEC companies in EMEA
• Proficiency with website CMS platforms
• Proficiency with marketing automation platforms
• Experience with SketchUp is a bonus
