Inside Sales Representatives have a strong organizational, planning, and communication skills with a track record of building successful customer relationships in a transactional environment. An Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling Dell services (via telephone, web, or email) to specified customer segments and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position offers you the opportunity to work in a merit based environment and utilize your sales experience, while scaling your career into advanced sales and/or leadership in a Fortune 50 company.

Key Responsibilities
As well as building business with existing customers, the scope of the role will also include developing relationships with new clients. You will:

  • Drives inbound and outbound calls, emails, and quote requests to focus on maintaining and expanding customer relationships as well as increasing conversion gains with existing and new customers
  • Acts as a trusted business advisor to the customer and utilizes the knowledge of Dell Services products, technology, and tools to help customers grow & thrive
  • Recommends services solutions considering customer needs and Dell interests
  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dells customers are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted segments
  • Engages cross-functional resources, regardless of geographic location, in order to achieve goal/ meet customer needs
  • Effectively prioritizes multiple demands while ensuring customer needs are met
  • Makes decisions based upon an appropriate amount of information/data analysis

Essential Requirements

  • 1 to 2.5 years of years of relevant experience in International Call Center voice process
  • Articulate communicator, fluent in English with excellent listening skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Good understanding of computer technology
  • Results-oriented team player
  • Adaptable to day or night shift
  • Self-motivated and ambitious
  • Sells Consultatively has the ability to use collaborative communication to engage clients in discussions that results in mutual value.

Desirable Requirements

  • Some experience selling ICT solutions
  • Strong knowledge of Dell technology, services, and financial products and is able to identify how these products and services align to customer needs
