Backend Planar Equipment Engineer

Equipment Engineer responsibilities include ownership of tool sets, coaching equipment Expert Team and developing Machine Owners professionalism, leading task force and troubleshooting situations, ensure continuous improvements and breakthroughs of the tools/module. Lead cost saving initiation for maximization factory quality output and cost performance. Adjust to multitasking environment. Possessing basic project managerial skills.

Candidate must be willing to work on a night compressed work week schedule. The shift is Wednesday/Thursday/Friday every other Saturday nights (Shift 6)

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with CMP (Chemical Mechanical Polish) tool maintenance and repair.
• Experience with training delivery.
• Experience in leading tool troubleshooting.

Preferred Qualification

• Prior experience working with equipment vendors.
