The Role
As a Senior Corporate Recruiter for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, you will develop recruitment strategies by proactively identifying candidates utilizing online databases, job boards, contact lists, and employee referrals, as well as through networking and cold calling using various sourcing techniques. You will qualify and interview candidates and refer to hiring managers to interview and confer job offers.
You will utilize great networking skills to develop a network of people and processes to support a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. To be successful you must be a strong 'people person' with a clear understanding of NetApp's functions, and the ability to promote NetApp to candidates and external service providers.
Essential Functions:
Develop a large and diverse qualified applicant pool by direct sourcing, competitive information, cold-calling, web sites and referrals from sources in the marketplace.
- Pre-screen resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools.
- Interview and screen applicants and conducts reference checks.
- Document candidate evaluation and interview processes.
Present long- and shortlist to the Hiring Managers.
Manage stakeholders.
- Negotiate and/or support hiring manager in developing new hire compensation package/offers.
- Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs.
- Conduct research and analyzes data on assigned projects, including agency performance.
Location: NetApp Germany, Munich area.
Job Requirements Interaction:
- The Senior Corporate Recruiter must work effectively with Staff to Vice President level employees within the function.
- The ideal candidate will be a proactive contributor and subject matter expert in recruitment
- To be successful, this individual must demonstrate favorable results through coaching and influencing others.
The Senior Director will be part of the EMEA Talent Acquisition Team reporting to the Senior Manager EMEA Talent Acquisition.
EducationA Bachelor's Degree is required.
