About the Role We are seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant who is organized, poised, and has a can-do attitude to join us in a role that bridges strategic thinking and detail-oriented execution. The ideal person for this position is experienced, flexible, and highly resourceful, with the ability to be extremely effective as part of a team and independently.
In this role, you will:
- Support three senior leaders of the Operations organization
- Collaborate with all business units across multiple cities
- Manage interactions with key internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and activities (events, off-sites, etc.) on behalf of the team
- Organize and manage multiple calendars and coordinate complex travel arrangements
- Partner with the administrative team across the organization on various projects
- Communicate on behalf of the Executive; excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
- Manage multiple tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Submit and process expense reports
- Provide coverage for other members of the administrative team during PTO
- Special projects as assigned

- A minimum of 3+ years providing administrative support in a dynamic rapidly-changing environment. Experience in a tech environment strongly preferred.
- Tech savvy and proficiency in Google Suite
