We have an opportunity for a Marketing Manager to join our Orthopaedic Medical Device business, DePuy Synthes. In this critically important, strategic marketing and leadership position, you will report to our Business Unit Leader and be responsible for leading an experienced and highly professional team of Product Managers.
Some key responsibilities for the role include:

• Implement the strategy and direction for the DePuy Synthes portfolio within New Zealand to achieve or exceed business results
• Develop and implement a sustainable strategy and tactical roadmap for growth
• Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through management of relationships, product support and service
• Translating strategy into execution to drive profitable growth
• Coach and lead the performance and delivery of the Marketing team within your portfolio

Qualifications
Be valued for who you are...
You will bring an in-depth knowledge of the New Zealand Orthopaedic market, either in a marketing or sales capacity, with the ability to have technical clinical conversations with Orthopaedic surgeons. You are confident in your ability to demonstrate a high-level of clinical expertise and are extremely effective at imparting concepts and information of a highly technical nature.
The successful applicant will also demonstrate:

• Experience in a senior marketing position (medical devices industry preferred but not essential) with a track record of developing marketing strategies and annual plans that deliver sales and share growth in highly competitive categories
• Proven success in leading teams and delivering success through others
• Tertiary qualifications in a related field
• Nurturing, supportive, collaborative, adaptable and committed managerial style that inspires professional teams
• Demonstrated success discovering market insights and translating these into impactful marketing plans and execution
