Supervisor, Mass Recruiter - based in HN - 40723
Client Services and Sales - Vietnam Dong Da, Hanoi
Nielsen Vietnam is seeking for 2 talents to join with our Recruitment team of our Input Operations Department:
- 1 Mass Recruitment & TED Lead (Supervisor) - Based in Hanoi
- 1 Mass Recruiter - Based in HCMC
Recruitment Planning & Execution:
- Conduct regular follow-up with IO Delivery leads & CoE PICs to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation
- Work closely with Resource Analyst to regularly conduct resource analyst to identify resource gap in order to prepare for recruitment planning
- Conduct regular analysis on recruitment & resource status to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment activities, cost assumption & attrition
- Identify resource/ recruitment risk & propose plans for mitigation
- Develop effective recruitment plan & strategy, proactively approach new & efficient recruitment channels to enrich resource pool
- Effectively plan & manage recruitment cost, propose cost for special recruitment activities where needed
- Lead recruitment teams in different cities to perform recruitment activities & provide enough resources for on-going & upcoming projects as per requests
- Review the recruitment process & make improvements where needed
- Ensure induction program for newcomers are available & efficient
- Liaise with HRBP/ Recruitment Hub for FT recruitment upon request by IO Delivery leads
- Liaise with recruitment/ resource vendors where needed
Training, Engagement & Development:
- Develop training & engagement plan & initiative for IO
- Conduct survey/ analysis on training & engagement to identify the needs of the team & develop actions to address
- Liaise with HR & other functions to support & implement engagement activities for IO
Admin Management & Others:
- Liaise with IO Admin & Resource Analyst to effectively monitor IO headcount report
- Conduct headcount analysis & update as per request by IO Delivery leads
- Other tasks as per requested from IO Delivery Leads
Team Management:
- Manage & lead recruitment team to effectively perform recruitment tasks & TED supports in local offices
- Regular conduct check-in with direct reports
- Conduct timely coaching to direct reports to ensure they have enough knowledge & skills to perform required tasks
- Proactively engage the team (virtually) to ensure effective corporations & support within the team
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor degree
- At least 3 years of experience in Recruitment areas, especially to hire mass recruitment to serve projects
- Experience working as a recruitment team leader is a plus
- Good at communications skills & presentation skills
- Good problem-solving & analysis skills
- Independent, able to work/corporate virtually
- Can-do attitude, high sense of responsibility
- Comfortable to communicate in English
