HP Inc. is ‘reinventing’ itself and in the process, launching new product categories and service offerings. Our Services organization is looking for a smart and energetic self-starter who is passionate about understanding customer pain points, market dynamics, and delivering compelling messages and content to bring new solutions to market for a variety of commercial customers and through multiple routes to market.

In this role as Product Marketing Manager you will work on ‘rising star’ device lifecycle service solutions including configuration and deployment and other professional IT services. You’ll have the opportunity help accelerate the growth of some of the company’s newest offerings. Key responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and other analysis to derive insights; apply insights to marketing bill of materials and share them with product management to influence services roadmap and customer end-to-end experience
  • Develop value proposition, positioning, messaging, and narratives
  • Collaborate with outbound marketing and worldwide regions to formulate awareness and demand generation plans
  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials optimized for key audiences
  • Conduct competitive analysis and provide guidance to sales and marketing teams
  • Orchestrate product launches and services updates
  • Drive strong collaboration and coordination with regions, outbound marketing, product management, and route to market teams
  • Establish and report on key performance indicators as they relate to go-to-market activities and marketing bill of materials adoption

Minimum qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communications or an MBA
  • 5 years of B2B product marketing experience
  • Demonstrated ability to translate market trends and research data into actionable insights
  • Experience developing value propositions, messaging, and collateral
  • Strong writing and presentation skills
  • Background in Services is a plus

Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.
