Job Description

As the Digital Go To Market Specialist, you will be the first line of support for all tools and processes supporting the Nike Consumer Code in your territory.

In line with the EMEA Sales strategy, you will cooperate to the offense of accelerating the overall digitalization of our processes, internally for our sales force and externally with our accounts.

You will work closely with counterparts in your own territory, in others territories, as well as EMEA DGTM functions based in EHQ (Digital Experiences & Enablement) for a continuous improvement & alignment of the Territory DGTM process.

You will report to the Territory or Country DGTM Manager and be part of the broader EMEA DGTM team which operates in a fast moving environment. In this sense, the ability to navigate within the Nike matrix is essential, as is the ability to create an environment for stimulating collaborative new ideas, new concepts.

There is no direct report attached to this function.Core responsibilities:
  • Be the local lead on Digital Experiences:
    • Be the first line of support for sales force & accounts in day-to day usage
    • Create tickets and report performance challenges to the central support teams
    • Be trained on new capabilities and releases
    • Train the sales force locally and accounts where relevant
    • Set up new users profiles – update Connect accordingly
    • Create at once catalogues in collaboration with CSD’s and in accordance with the sales strategy
    • Execute in language translations of seasonal content in Learn & Shop
    • Update in language digital users guide
  • Coordinate other sales tools and processes:
    • Communicate on a weekly basis seasonal relevant information to the sales force such as CMLP, pricing, tableau, ADC list
    • Support in territory the development and roll-out of new tools and applications linked to the Digital First strategy
  • Execute the local samples process:
    • Communicate key dates and gates to stakeholders.
    • Make sure orders are recorded in SCORE on time and according to caps & channel/levels rules for country show-rooms and accounts
    • Work closely with the EHQ samples team to make sure all needs are covered and plan for local deliveries on time
    • Communicate regular updates to local sales teams on samples orders status & deliveries (timelines, adds, drops,...)
    • Ensure a smooth local process around samples logistics
    • Manage the liquidation process through NFS & samples sales to employees – recall samples from accounts every end of season
  • Collaborate to country show-rooms seasonal set-up
    • Make sure samples are delivered and prepared on time
    • Help coordinating the products set-up by local sales team
  • Support the Digital First offense in country show-rooms
    • Work closely with Facilities and IT to be sure every digital tools work properly (wireless connections,I Pads,Screens,etc)
    • Educate people on proper usage
    • Support the acceleration of showrooms Digital Enablement

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Digital or related field
  • 1 year of experience: first experience in customer support appreciated (B2B or B2C)
  • Digital savvy – advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
  • Analytics & reporting skills
  • Commercial sense & developmental potential
  • Ability to achieve results in a dynamic environment and to deliver on strategic, tactical and operational levels
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including meeting facilitation and presentation skills
  • Pro-active problem solver with the ability to assess a challenge and develop action steps for resolution
  • Fluent in English – written & verbal
