As Criteo’s business continues to scale, we are seeking a highly quantitative, collaborative and process-driven Sales Operations & Strategy Manager to join the Americas team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving all of our Business Planning and Strategy: including business partnering, target setting, revenue forecasting, process improvement, compensation strategy and business performance reporting. In addition, the Analyst will be responsible for Business Operations, Business Performance and Sales Effectiveness. This role will specifically focus on supporting our Americas Retail Media teams in our New York Office. In this role, you will provide analytical support to local and regional leadership. You will act as the chief-of-staff for the Head of Sales and the Head of Account Strategy, coordinating all Sales Operations efforts in the region and building strong business partnering relationships with their direct reports. You will help drive greater efficiency and effectiveness of our sales teams. Using your strong technical and relationship skills, you will help the deployment and monitoring of Sales Ops processes in your region, while answering requests specific to your business unit. You will be involved in defining processes, reporting frameworks, and collaborating with your counterparts to develop cross-regional synergies. This role is highly operational as it supports a growing business unit within Criteo. Experience with tools and systems supporting the quote-to-cash process is critical. The successful candidate will possess a solid understanding of Sales Strategy and Operations ideally with previous experience in advertising technology or enterprise software. The ideal candidate will be highly data driven, intellectually curious, a fast learner, and able to move quickly while keeping focused on high impact projects with limited direction and supervision. This is a full-time position in New York.

What you'll do

    • Build relationships with Regional Sales and Account Strategy management to become a true strategy business partner
    • Manage quarterly Business Planning processes and surface local challenges to management
    • Perform advanced analyses in tight deadlines
    • Provide analytics support in order to support existing and new business growth initiatvies and opportunities
    • Develop detailed presentations and convey information to senior level staff across multiple functions
    • Manage compensation plan design and commissions administration in your region including accruals
    • Develop, maintain and update systems critical to the reporting and tracking of compensation and commercial team performance metrics
    • Provide CRM Support to our sales/account management teams
    • Provide training to end users on new sales tools, processes, and best practices in your regions
    • Develop strong project management skills to support our growth and organizational changes

Who you are

    • 5-7 years of work experience in Sales Operations/data analytics or consulting/financial planning with increasing responsibilities
    • Project management skills
    • Strong presentation skills required
    • Ability to challenge the norm and create checks and balances for the Sales team
    • Advanced Microsoft Excel Skills/Expertise essential
    • Ability to translate CRM data and other business/revenue performance metrics into business insights that will drive revenue for the business unit and the company
    • Experience with compensation design and management
    • Demonstrated track record of cross-functional work and business partnering
    • Highly analytical & highly motivated individual with an impeccable work ethic
    • Ability to maintain strong relationships to foster effective collaboration with stakeholders
    • Ability to deliver results in a high pressure environment
    • Experience with Salesforce and/or Anaplan
