Job Description

As the Program Lead for North America Logistics New Manager Onboarding Program, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and day-to-day program/project management of the New Manager Experience. We are looking for someone with passion for Leadership development, experiential learning, impactful communication, process focus, strong leadership & facilitation skills, and curiosity or experience in digital learning transformation.The New Manager Experience Program Lead coordinates a smooth and seamless onboarding experience for all new managers within North America Logistics. This role will work closely with the Program Manager to provide first level support for all phases of the New Manager Onboarding program. The role will liaise with HR COE and Business/Functional Partners.

What you will do:

  • Coordinate full end-to-end new manager onboarding lifecycle with a strong consultative and collaborative approach
  • Coordinate Manager Onboarding Program logistics, including planning, scheduling and coordinating resources such as technology and classrooms, facilitators, guest speakers, travel arrangements, catering, etc.
  • Collect training data and metrics and report results to management, seeking recommendations for process improvements and action plans.
  • Lead Onboarding Partner Community to share best practices; monitors manager and employee onboarding surveys to figure out opportunities for improvement; works with community to implement Onboarding enhancements.
  • Provide onboarding subject-matter expertise and consulting to HR and business leaders.
  • Create and provide access to professional learning solutions, including manager communications, and campaigns, as well as learning management system support activities
  • Resolve escalated issues, mitigates risk, and removes roadblocks to achieve operational and strategic goals.
  • Create and implement (in collaboration with the Program Lead) New Manager Onboarding communications and evaluation plan
  • Provide dependable, responsive point of contact actions for new mangers, hiring managers and other Talent stakeholders, while maintaining effective communications and follow-through.
  • Ensure all training materials or digital learning solutions are accurate and available to the new managers with clear understanding of roles/responsibilities, deadlines, and location for any experience of event.
  • Solve problems regarding any delays or obstacles in the on-boarding process, including reminders and communications for scheduling changes.
  • Participate in special project assignments to develop world-class processes and tools.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree; advanced university degree a plus
  • Typically 2-5 years of experience in the HR function, Learning and Development
  • Proficient use of SurveyMonkey or other survey development and reporting tools
  • Proficient use of MS Office applications, including executive-level PowerPoint presentations and metrics
  • Proficient use of SharePoint, Box, Slack, Microsoft Teams and other online collaboration and productivity tools
  • Strong organization, time management, and planning skills
  • Strong program and project management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and changing business landscapes
  • Ability to analyze data and provide detailed reports for all levels of leadership
  • Strong problem solver; able to consult with multi-functional organizations and with multiple leadership levels to help find lasting solutions to persistent and urgent issues
  • Energized, multifunctional professional that thrives in a fast paced – deadline driven environment
