As the Zoom Phone Product Manager, you’ll help lead our international strategy and deliver the most delightful communications experience to our customers.

Your role:

    • Define and execute our international expansion.
    • Connect with customers to understand their goals and needs and translate those into actionable deliverables.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders and drive delivery of features, processes and happiness.
    • Prioritization roadmap and communicate plan to the org.
    • Partner with Operations to orchestrate operational needs and working with vendors and partners to meet our growth and scaling needs.
    • Partner with Legal and Marketing to understand market dynamics and customer needs while insuring our compliance with international policies and regulations.
    • Define product requirements and work with User Experience team to design our product experience.
    • Work with channel partners to extend our reach.
    • Evangelize our product and vision to customers of all sizes, from single proprietors to Fortune 100 executives.

Ideal candidates will have:

    • 5+ Years Product Management experience.
    • 3+ Years Telecommunications and/or UCaaS experience.
    • Ability to crystallize vague concepts into concise plans.
    • Launched or managed a product in international markets.
    • Telephony and network experience - knowledge of SIP, H.323 , UDP, and VoIP Standards.
    • Strong UX/UI sensibility - you understand when having a few pixels offset could determine success or failure.
    • Understanding that speed is everything but prioritizing the right thing is equally important - you appreciate delivering impact quickly.
    • Bachelor 's Degree (or equivalent experience).

Preferred experience, but not required:

    • Worked with known Tier-1 carriers and MSOs.
    • Experience with: Cisco Unified Call Manager, Microsoft Office 365 (SfB), Avaya CMS/AMS.
